Rich (BB code):
I dunno. The most obnoxious RGB lights to flex your lighting system
elon musk pattern bikini with attached tutu
fish
tabards are so cool...
I like it when enemies drop vanities related to their designs
Cloaks!!!
I would want a big, floppy wizard hat (that doesn't have stars on it) in Starbound
long skirt maybe? like to the floor
Long skirt. Like ankle long. And big round glasses
overalls and suspender skirts
A cool flowing scarf idk
A digital head item with an animated face
Full body powered armor, think Mjolnir from halo.
goat skull (extreme bias)
A cool skull mask with feathers
funny game reference cosplay
comically large glasses
recolorable vanity, in terraria a lot of cool vanity items only come in specific colors (and the dye system sucks)
Dress!!!! Cape!!!!! FLOWY CLOTHING~!!!!! (tilde was accidental but its staying) (mre lik slaayying )

Armour should be stuff that someone would reasonably wear. Don't be like late game starbound or sometimes even terraria where you end up with over designed, massive armour that genuinely breaks immersion.

99% of starbound armor/cosmetics have comically oversized proportions like pbone said, especially on the helmets so as long as interspace has the clothing options actually be normal proportions its already superior

like look at those goggles dog wtf.

also starbound has way too much metallic armor options compared to softer fabricy ones (which i prefer way more) so hoping this game has a lot of those. like bloodborne but interspacey.

interspace has a slightly more proportionate and flexible character model than starbound does i feel (i'm waiting to reveal the progress made on this for the next major post i make about it) so i should hopefully be able to avoid this,

noted! i concur with this, i kind of think of metal armors and vanity in both terraria and starbound as being often too simple and being unable to easily fit with other clothing well which makes it difficult to make your own fits
it absolutely isn't final but i'm cooking up an ik-able player model capable of full rotations and this method of doing things would make it so that more flow-y clothing is preferable to alternatives
